中文摘要 | 本研究中分離出一株可圍阻核廢料桶材�|蝕物遷移之菌株,Siderocapsa sp.。 此菌株為革蘭氏陽性桿菌、具鞭毛,於輻射劑量率達 100 rad/hr 之鈷六十照射場中依然生 長良好。菌體可利用環境中之鐵、錳、鉀成份物質形成具金屬光澤之圓盤狀夾囊而固定生長 、夾囊之直徑最大可達 30 μ m。 研究中證實 Siderocapsa sp. 菌體所形成之夾囊緊密圍 繞著已�|蝕之受測碳鋼試片,而具擴散遷移性之碳鋼�|蝕物會被圍阻於鋼片處而無法向外擴 散。掃描穿透式電子顯微鏡及能量散布分析儀分析夾囊成份顯示其中大量之鐵、鉀等元素。 Siderocapsa sp. 對核廢料中之其他主要核種元素之圍阻效應實驗正進行中。此類微生物對 核廢料�|蝕物及核種遷移之圍阻效果未來應可用於核廢料處置。 |
英文摘要 | In our research, a Siderocapsa sp. that can arrest the migration of the corroded radwaste drum materials was isolated. This bacterium is filamentous, gram positive and can grow under C0-60 gamma irradiation with a dose rate of 100 rad/hr. This Siderocapsa sp. is able to deposit metal in its capsules. Also, the diameter of the capsule can be reached to 30 μ m. Microscopic observations show that the carbon steel specimen was surrounded by the capsules formed by Siderocapsa sp., and the migraton of the corroded materials was arrested. Electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer analysis showed the presence iron, potassium in the capsules. The efficiency of Siderocapsa sp. on the arrest of the radionuclides is under testing. The studies of such metal depositing bacteria could form the basis for biotechnological applications of these bacteria in radwaste treament in the future. |
