中文摘要 | 本文以實驗方法探討水泥砂漿體內應力波在裂縫尖端處所產生之繞射波,與該處 裂縫開口寬度之互制行為。敲擊繞射波傳輸時間法為目前最具潛力的混凝土表面裂縫深度之 檢測方法,本研究之目的在於更精確掌握敲擊繞射波傳輸時間法之應用性,且解答裂縫開口 在多寬的情況下,可使繞射波傳輸過去。本研究構想為文獻上首度提出,為減少實驗變數, 故試體以水泥砂漿灌製而成,經由位移控制之裂縫開裂實驗,追蹤出裂縫開口寬度與深度間 之關係,再利用敲擊繞射波傳輸時間法檢測裂縫深度。研究結果顯示,敲擊導入之應力波在 部份張裂及部份膠結之應力塑性區產生繞射波,就水泥砂漿而言,產生繞射波處之裂縫開口 寬度為 0.015mm;另外,對正向入射縱波而言,在裂縫寬度為 0.057mm 處,即可將部份能 量傳過裂縫。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, experimental studies are carried out to investigate the interaction of diffraction waves with crack opening displacements in mortar. With great potential, the impact-generated stress waves and time-of-flight technique can be used to determine the depth of surface-opening cracks in concrete structures. The objectives of this study are to verify the accuracy of the time-of-flight technique and to determine how wide the crack opening displacement should be for the diffraction waves to ropagate across. The experimental idea presented in this study is new in application to the concrete material. To reduce experimental variables, the specimen used is made of mortar. The specimen is cracked vertically by displacement control. A relationship between the crack opening displacement and the depth is established. The crack depth of the cracked specimen is then determined by the time-of-flight diffraction technique. The results obtained from the experiments show that the diffraction waves are gene rated in areas where particles are partly separated and partly bonded. A crack width of 0.015mm is enough for the diffraction waves to propagate across the crack. In addition, a normal incident stress wave can penetrate a crack that has a width less than 0.057mm. |
