中文摘要 | 當流獵經過變管會衍生分流與迴流,由於迴流的產生,會使得順流方向的有效面 積縮小流速變快,進而對管壁造成部份性的侵蝕,同樣地,當流體流過半開的蝴蝶閥門時, 也會產生分流與迴流即造成相類似的侵蝕,此類經常性的侵蝕,將可能損壞閥體或致使管壁 產生破洞。 為了消除或減輕此侵蝕現象,在彎管部分我們採用CRV(Cheng Rotation Vane)加裝在 彎管上游,而蝴蝶閥部分,我們則在圓盤閥體的後方貼上緩衝物。為了證實以上兩種方法的 有效性,本文以3英吋透明圓管製作水洞實驗設備以利流場觀測,並利用壓力計及能量儀來 瞭解侵蝕的大小及部位。 經實際的量測結果同時輔以三維空間的流體計算顯示,在彎管上游加裝CRV以及在閥 盤加上適當的緩衝物,確實可以降低侵蝕現象,減少管路系統的破壞,對電廠的可靠性及安 全性具有正面的意義。 |
英文摘要 | AS the flow passes through an elbow, the flow separation and flow recirculation will be formed due to the centrifugal force as well as the inertial force acting on the passing fluid. As a result of the recirculation, the remaining cross-sectional area through which the fluid must pass is significantly reduced, and the local velocity is increased and impinged toward the outer wall of elbow. Similarly, when the flow passes through a butterfly valve, the same type of flow impingement will act on the valve disk and the downstream pipe wall. This kind of constant impingement results a wall eroison and may eventually penetrate the pipe wall. In order to eliminate or mitigate the erosion problem, a CRV (Cheng Rotaion Vane, a flow conditional) is installed at the upstream of a piping elbow, and an unique-shape buffer is attached on the rear side of the valve disk. An experimental set-up is used in this study to verify the effectiveness of CRV and buffer attachment. For the ease of flow visualization , the water tunnel and the associated piping system are made by transparent PE. At certain key positions, the pressure and flow indued vibration level are also measured to investigate the possible erosion phenomena. From the test results and the three-dimensional CFD analysis, we found the installation of CRV at the immediately upstream of pipe elbow and the attachment of a proper buffer on the back surface of disk near the orifice side could greatly mitigate the erosion strength. |
