中文摘要 | 本文針對線型可變磁阻馬達驒動器之設計提出一套完整設計方法。文中主要包括了全數位化之PWM變流器之設計、減少力量漣波之電流波形設計以及提出一強健控制器應用在伺服迴路。此控制器由一極點放置控制器和擾動量估測器合成。在實驗系統中,此控制法則經實驗結果亦獲得證實,在不同負載及干擾量下,均能讓系統保持其強健性。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents an experimental study of the servo design of a linear variable reluctance motor drive. The fabrication of a power module for the linear motor, the implementation of a fully-digitized PWM inverter, the design of a smooth phase-current profile, and the design of a robust servo controller for the servo loop are described in this paper. The smooth phase-current profile is designed based on measurement of phase-inductance to reduce force ripple. The robust control scheme developed in this study combines a perturbation estimation scheme to enhance the robustness of the pole-placement design. Moreover, the validity of the design has been verified through implementing the controller on a PC/AT 486. Experimental results further validate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. |
