中文摘要 | 本研究在調查彰化地區國民中學社團活動實施現況及所面臨的問題,比較訓導主任、訓育組長、導師看法之差異情形;本研究所得經統計分析後,獲得下列主要發現: 1. 有70%的學校訂有實施辦法,切實實施社團活動。 2. 有60%的學校排定由導師擔任「聯課活動」。 3. 有56.7%之學校在週六「聯課活動」時間之使用,由各班導師自行安排。 4. 有70%以上學校在本學年度曾辦理校際社團活動。 5. 有66.7%的學校尚未成立「校際社團活動執行小組」。 6. 有76.6%的學校對於舉辦校內成果發表會抱著積極重視的態度。 7. 各校學生申請成立之社團的主要考量是師資的配合、場地問題、以及學生需要等問題。 8. 有96.7%的學校均於每週固定時間施行社團活動。 9. 各校學生參與社團較多的社團類別依序是康樂類、藝能類、體能類;參與較少的是技術類及服務顯。 10. 各校訓導主任、訓育組長、導師對於實施社團活動之意見調查頗為一致,經卡方考驗分析,均未達統計上顯著水準。 11. 將週會、聯課活動、自習、班會四節課程同時安排於週六上午實施,尚有許多問題值得進一步追蹤研究。 12. 有62.1%的訓導主任、65.5%的訓育組長、66.7%的導師認為「聯課活動」時間之安排應視全校老師專長排定較適當,並不同意全部排給導師擔任。 13. 有50%以上相關人員一致認為依目前情況,理想的「聯課活動」時間安排是「打破班級限制,以年級為單位,依學生興趣自由選擇」。 14. 有70%以上的相關人員認為學校教師對社團活動多數能配合。 15. 有79.3%的訓育組長、76.7%的導師、63.3%的訓導主任認為學生抱著頗意參與的心態參加社團活動。 16. 救國團在學校社團活動中的地位以協助辦理校際活動居多。 17. 學校在社團活動推展上的困難,各相關人員之看法依序是:場地有限無法有效安排地點;具有專長的老師不多;設備不能配合;經費缺乏;升學主義作祟。 本研究基於以上的發現,研究者歸納結果討論與文獻探討,提出改進建議,供學校及教育行政當局進一步研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to survey the current implementation of school communities activities of junior high schools in Changhua area and the problems they faced. Besides, it was to make a comparison among Deans of Students (N=30), Supervisors of Discipline (N=29), and tutors (N=30), opinions on school communities. After the investigator's statistically analyzing the research outcome, the major findings were as follows. 1. In 70% of the surveyed junior high schools, principles of implementation were enacted to thoroughly implement school communities activities. 2. In 60% of the surveyed ones, tutors were arranged to have the charge of Joint Curriculim Activity. 3. In 56.7% of the surveyed ones, tutors had the claim to make use of the class for Joint Curriculum Activity on Saturdays. 4. In more than 70% of the surveyed ones, interscholastic school community activities had been held in this academic year. 5. In 66.7% of the surveyed ones, there was no organization of "The Executive Group Responsible For Interscholastic School Community Activities" yet. 6. In 76.6% of the surveyed ones, the teaching staff and the school administration assumed a positive attitude toward holding the Exhibition of Intramural Academic Achievements. 7. In respect of the students' applying for organizing school communities, the major factors to be taken into account were the accordance of the qualifications and supply of teachers, choice of location and the students' needs. 8. In 96.7% of the surveyed ones, school community activities were always implemented regularly every week. 9. According to the number of students joining in school communities, an ordinal list of the classification of school communities were school communities of recreation, of artistic skills, of physical agility with the following school communities of technique and of service. 10. According to the survey, Deans of Students, Supervisors of Discipline and tutors in every junior high school had concurrence in opinion of the implementation of school community activities. Through the chi-square (X2) test of homogeneity, the researcher found that the concurrence didn't reached the significant standard in statistics. 11. In case that Weekly Meeting, Joint Curriculum Activity, Self-Education, and Class Meeting were scheduled for Saturday morning, many problems deserved to be further tracked and surveyed. 12. 62.1 of Deans of Students, 65.5% of Supervisors of Discipline, and 66.7% of tutors held that the allocation of the teaching time for Joint Curriculum Activity should depend upon the accredition, eligibility and specialty of the teaching staff in school instead of being regarded as the undertaking of tutors. 13. More than 50% of the related personnel had consensus of opinion that the ideal design for Joint Curriculum Activity was "to break through limitations of classes with grades being unitary and that students should be allowed to freely choose which school community to join in according to their own interest." 14. More than 70% of the related personnel held that most of the teaching staff could go well with school community activities. 15. 79.3% of Supervisors of Discipline, 76.7% of tutors, and 63.3% of Deans of Students considered that students conceived an attitude of willingness for joining in school community activities. 16. Most of the time, the Chinese Youth Corps played a secondary role to assist school communities in holding interscholastic school community activities. 17. According to the viewpoints of the related personnel, there were troubles in propagating interscholastic school community activities as follows. (1). it was impossible for them to efficiently arrange location with limitations of school campus; (2). there were not enough teachers of specialty; (3). the classroom furniture and the school apparatus could not go well with school community activities; (4). there was a lack of funds; and (5). thoughts about further advanced degree and study were so intermingled as to affect students' willingness of joining in school communities. Based on the above-mentioned findings of this survey, the investigator not only induced outcome, discussion and review of reference, but also proposed suggestions for further reference of the school and educative administration. |
