中文摘要 | 現今,自動化設備已儼然成為現代化工商業的潮流,為了朝向合理化、自動 化、整合化之 FMS(Flexible Manufacturing System) 及 FA(Factory Automation) 生產作 業系統,本文進行模擬自動化生產工廠之實際物件傳送流程,並完成準確存取物件之功能。 本系統除了能有效地提高空間效益外,還可以大幅降低人力資源的浪費,達到完全自動化物 流的功能。 本文採用 PLC 架構整合感測元件、軌道式自走臺車及機械結構來完成自動化物 流系統,操作方式可分為手動模式及自動模式,其結構可提供產業界設計一套理想的物流設備 。 |
英文摘要 | Presently, automatic equipments precisely become the current of modernistic commerce. In order to toward reasoning automation, integration of FMS (Flexible Manufacturing system) and FA (Factory Auomation) production operated system, this paper simulates automatic production factory of practical material transported procedure, also completed precisely the function of access object. Except to have effectively increase the space profit by this system, also to low down mainly the waste of human resource. This paper uses PLC-Based to integrate the sensor elements. Trail self-running and mechanical construction to complete the automatic material handling system. There are two kind of operating-mode. One is handling-mode, the otherone is automatic-mode. This system supplies a set of ideal material handing equipment to industry. |
