中文摘要 | 在競爭激烈的製造環境下,快速順應顧客需求是現代製造業者所追求的目標,此種生產環境在製造管理上所面臨的重要課題之一是客戶化的產品生產流程;也就是說,每一種產品的現場生產流程資訊與決策隨著客戶化的產品需求而變化,使得製造管理益形複雜。因此,如何快速的調適產品生產流程以應付各種狀況,進而及時有效掌握現場的各種生產動態資訊,並提供給相關的系統與人員 (如提供必要之資訊作為工令排程與派工之參考,提供訂單目前的狀態、良率給業務代表參考等) 以協助其作出合理且快速之決策,乃是提昇生產效率、增進企業競爭力的必要條件。 本文提出現場流程資料模式 (Shop Floor Product Manufacturing Flow Data Model) 的構建方法,透過 (1) 作業樣板站;(2) 基本製程;(3) 產品製程;(4) 工單製程等設定,可以彈性定義產品生產流程所需的現場生產資料與決策,不但讓使用者很容易調適系統以應付經常變動的產品需求與製造現場的變化,同時本模式也可以配合在製品執行模組構成在製品管制系統 (WIP System) 用來監控現場生產流程的進行,以便使用者及時掌握現場各種生產動態資訊。另外本研究將介紹以此模式為基礎所發展出來並已實際應用於台灣半導體封裝業的工研院機械所在製品管制系統 (The MIRL WIP System)。 |
英文摘要 | In today’s highly competitive manufacturing environment, how to meet the requirements of customer in a speedy manner is the goal of every manufacturer. One of the tasks to reach this goal is to customize the product manufacturing flow. Since product manufacturing flow is keeping on changing, in order to gain competitive edge and efficiency, one has to promptly adjust product manufacturing flow to fit changing conditions, and use this information to further detect and control shop floor deviations. Therefore, how to construct a product manufacturing flow to control shop floor information flow and collect manufacturing data is a key issue. This paper presents a data model to define shop floor product manufacturing flow. The proposed method consists of four steps: (1) Operation template definition; (2) Process definition; (3) Enhanced bill of manufacture definition; (4) Work order process definition. The major characteristic of this model can flexibly define the required shop floor information and decision rule for shop floor product manufacturing flow, so that one can easily fit the change of the product and shop floor situation. By the way, one can combine this data model and a WIP (i.e. work-in-process) execution module to develop a WIP system for monitoring and controlling the product manufacturing flow in a system. Furthermore, an illustrative example, The MIRL WIP System, developed by Mechanical Industrial Research Laboratory will be introduced to demonstrate the proposed data model. |
