中文摘要 | 「實習」是指學習者在有經驗的指導者督導之下,進入真實的現場環境中學習。其主要目的是幫助學習者自現場獲得第一手的真實經驗,將所學之理論與實際情境脈絡做結合,以期了解兩者間差距,減少對學習者未來真正進入現場工作時之衝擊。教育實習在師資養成教育中被視為一個重要的學習經驗,是統整養成教育中各式學習經驗的綜合應用。然而,傳統的教育實習皆由師範院校獨掌,學生接受實習指導教師的安排到相關實習學校從事現場的實習活動。這種方式逐漸因師資多元化的趨勢而改變,發展成為高等教育之師資培育機構與中、小學校的合作關係,共同培育未來的教師人力,這種合作表現,在教育實習方面最為明顯;尤其師徒式教育實習(mentoring practicum)的理念,是典型地落實師資培育機構與中、小學校合作的策略之一。 簡言之,師徒式教育實習係以真實的情境脈絡為基礎,藉由實習學校內的有經驗教師做為師傅,並與師資培育機構的實習指導教師共同合作,在真實的情境中以較長時間的活動設計幫助實習生實習。基本上,它是四個階段的實習活動,可以實施在二年期(大三、大四)的實習課程中,或一年期的實習課程(大四、或實習教師階段)。本文根據筆者過去之實施經驗,就文獻與實務部份探究師徒式教育實習之理念,並分析說明其在結合師資培育機構與中、小學校共同合作的策略與做法。 |
英文摘要 | The mentoring practicum, based upon a real instructional context in school classrooms, is an instructional strategy for student teachers' professional growth. The selective school teachers, cooperating with a teachers' college supervisor, are mentors for student teachers who are the proteges in the mentoring practicum. Student teachers stay and practice educational theories they learned from college in their respective mentors' classrooms for a longer period time. Basically, this strategy may be used by one- or two-year practicum program for student teachers, and it is divided into four stages: (1) overview; (2) observation and teaching assistance for a mentor; (3) part-time student teaching in a classroom; and (4) intensive student teaching in a classroom. Through literature review and the author's experience of implementing the practicum model in the past several years, this paper delineates the concepts and practice of mentoring practicum. Also, it presents the feasible tactics regarding establishing a partnership between teachers' colleges and schools. |
