英文摘要 | Hi-Speed CT Angiography is a recently developed noninvasive imaging technique. The vascular structures can be imaged with an approprate delay after intravenous contrast injection and then can be reconstructed to produce a three-dimensional(3D) representation of CT information. In this study, we will presented specific applications of Hi Speed CT Angiography in the evaluation of incranial aneurysms of 19 patients, ageal from 34-80 years old. Initially an nonenhanced CT scan is recommended for tow purposes: first, enables the exact localization of the vasculature; second, provides a baseline to identify calcium within the vessel wall before contrast injecrion. CT Angiography will be performed with a 1 mm collimated helical scan with a 1:1 pitch. We used the MIP protocol to reconstruct the vessels. Reconst ructions are performed completely on line by the AW and provide a 3-D image of the vessel. The results will be presented and dicussed. |
