中文摘要 | 三相鼠籠型感應電動機的總損失可根據輸入與輸出的量測差值獲得。雜散負載損則是總損失減去一、二次側I2R損失與鐵損以及機械損之和。輸入──輸出試驗根據數位化動力計測得,定子繞組活線電阻則以活線溫升電阻則以活線溫升電阻計量測。轉子銅損P-Inl2,據此,轉子繞組活線電阻R2可以求得,所以轉子繞組之溫度T2亦可獲得。 本文旨在提供溫度的資訊給三相鼠籠型感應電動機設計者做為良好的設計之依據。 |
英文摘要 | Total losses of a three-phase squirrel-cage induction motor(3ø SCIM) can be determined by measuring the power discrepancy between the input and output sides of the motor. Stray-load losses are defined as the loss that are the sum of stator and rotor’s copper loses, core losses, and mechanical loses subtracted from the total losses. The input output test is done by using the digitalized dynamometer. The hot line resistance of stator winding is measured by hot line coil ohmmeter. Rotor I2R loss (Prcl) is equal to the product of rotor input power (Pag) and slip(s) which is expressed as a fraction of synchronous speed. According to the formula, I22≑I12-Inl2, under full load condition, the rotor hot line winding resistance (R2) can be determined. Also, the temperature in the rotor winding (T2) can be obtained. This paper aims mainly at providing the designer temperature information so that a good design of 3ø SCIMs can be achieved. |
