中文摘要 | 延性球墨鑄鐵已被發展成為高強度及優良延性的新工程材料,雖然這些研究已進 行了 40 年以上,但其受人注目的價值,還是吸引了許多研究活動。延性球墨鑄鐵的唯一製 程是以鎂當作球化劑之球化處理;但除球化處理之外還有其它的研究方向值得更進一步的探 討,以增進鑄鐵的性質。本研究提供一些觀點,可以更了解延性球墨鑄鐵製程之影響效應。 探討碳當量在凝固時對體積膨脹的影響,以了解共晶膨脹的現象;利用電腦模擬研究不同熱 力參數的凝固過程;及利用共振頻率彎曲疲勞試驗研究沃斯回火處理狀態的影響。 |
英文摘要 | Ductile cast irons have been developed as a new engineering material with high tensile strenght and good ductility for more than forty years. However, the merit of this cast iron still attracts a lot of research activities. Although, to nodularize the iron melt with some magnesium contained reagent is the unique process to produce the ductile cast irons, there are several aspects other than nodularization still worth for further investigation to improve the properties of this iron. In this paper, results associated with the ductile cast irons will be presented to offer some points of view for a better understanding about the effect of processes on the ductile irons. The influence of carbon equivalent on the valumetric change during solidification was studied to understand the phenomena of eutectic expansion; a computer simulation was employed to investigate the solidification processes with different thermanl parameters; also, a resonant frequency bending fatigue testing was used to study the effect of austempering conditions. |
