中文摘要 | 由於非織物在近年來的快速發展與應用,其快速生產性能與自動化的生產控制及自動量測技術息息相關,對於非織物的厚度量測,雖有機械式厚度量測儀可以使用,但其壓著量測織物表面,造成壓力變形,所獲得之厚度值,失去真實厚度,如能使用雷射做非接觸量測,對於實際瞭解其材料規格、織物特性,如:絕緣性、透氣性、空隙率、柔軟性、保溫性、彈性回復、幾何結構與吸振性之瞭解,研究非織物的幾何構造等,均仰賴量測其實厚度值加以分析研究。本研究使用電腦控制雷射全像攝影量測非織物的厚度,並加以分析運算,可得準確非壓迫變形的量測厚度值,運用其精確且可快速的即時功能,應用在電腦輔助檢測CAI,與電腦輔助生產CAM上,達到現代自動化的要求。 |
英文摘要 | Although the non-woven fabrics have been proved to be valuable for the automation especially on the high-speed production and its applications, the automatic inspection is extremely important in the automatic producing system. We usually use the mechanical thickness meter to measure the thickness of non-woven fabrics. But when we measure its thickness, we must use the meter to touch and press on it. It will cause to change its real thickness in this measurement If we hope to get the more information of conductivity, air permeability, coverage, softness, warmth, springiness and vibrativity as well as the geometric properties of the non-woven fabrics, it would all depend on the real thickness measurements. Applying the laser holography method, we may establish the real thickness measurement of non-woven fabrics. Mean while, the treatment by non-touch measurement will obtain its real thickness on line in rapidly and accuratily. We also can apply its cost-effectiveness and high accuracy in comparison with manual inspections and prove to be valuable for automation especially on CAI and CAM. |
