中文摘要 | 歷年來本公司各火力電廠鍋爐均採自行酸液洗淨方式,但酸液浸蝕劇烈,稍處理 不慎即造成腐蝕和安全上的問題。然而高溫高壓、容量大的自然循環鍋爐,清洗時藥液循環 不易均勻,以致洗淨效果不彰。鹽酸和氨水易傷害人體,其蒸氣具濃烈刺激氣味,極易引起 環保糾紛。這次興三機鍋爐採外包實施鹼性液除銅洗淨 (Alkaline Copper Removal),係採 用 EDTA 氨鹽除垢。 因鍋垢在鹼性液中會有微量金屬溶出, 此洗液中 EDTA 氨鹽在 PH9.2 左右與溶解之金屬離子螯合而除去這些離子,使鍋后繼續進行溶解反應,直到全部鍋垢被溶 解及螫合而達到洗淨之目的。ACR 鹼洗比酸洗法除安全性高外,尚有許多優點,如無沉積物 ,其廢液可燃燒,腐蝕率低等。在整體經濟效益上此方法是被肯定的,尤其是無環保上的問 題。 |
英文摘要 | In the past few years, acid-clean method has been adopted by most of Taipower's Fossil Power Plants to clane the boilers. However, if it is not Carefully used and acid can cause serious corrosion and safety problems. In the natural circulation boilers of high-temperature, high-pressure and large capacity, cleaning solution can not be evenly circulated so that the cleaning results is not safisfactory. In addition, Hydrochloric acid and concentrated ammonia will burt human body, and its irritating order vapor will cause environmental disputes last year, the Alkaline coppor Romoval was firitly adopted to clean Hsinta unit #3 boiler. The ammonitated salt of EDTA was used to to remove the deposites from boilers as the alkaline solvent can dissolve some of metal in the deposites. The ammonitated EDTA cleaning solution chelated with dissovled metal ions and remove those ions at pH about 9.2 caused more of the deposit to be ionised and is in turn chelateed. The reaction will carry on untill all deposit have been solubilised and chelated so the purpose of cleaning is completed. The ACR prookss is not only safer than conventional acid cleaning methods but also has many other advantages. For example, there is no precipitation during rising, the exhausted solvent can be disposed by incineration, the corrosion rate is low, and there is no trouble of environmental disputes. |
