中文摘要 | 數位經濟時代的來臨,使得組織經營模式也隨之改變,再者,資訊科技的快速進歩,也對組織產生了不同的影響,由於上述的改變使得組織漸走向知識型組織之型態。在快速變動下,組織必需能快速反應才能於環境中適存,是故在二十一世紀,競爭快速變化的時,「知識」成為最有效的競爭利基,本文旨在探討學校知識管理的意義與知識分類、知識管理的模式、知識管理的內涵,以及如何落實知識管理。對於「學校知識管理」,定義為,在知識型學校中建構一個有效的知識系統,讓學校組織中的知識能夠有效的創造、流通與加值,進而不的產生創新性教育專業知識。最後,提出知識管理的內涵以及如何落實學校知識管理,以創新學校組織的智慧資本。 |
英文摘要 | The coming of economic times changes the business model of organizations. Furthermore, the speedy advancement of information technology also has different effect to organizations. Because of the changes what we mentioned before, organizations’ patterns transfer into knowledgeable by degrees. In the rapid variation, organizations must react rapidly so that can service in the circumstances. Therefore, in the 21st century, speedy variable times, “knowledge” becomes the most effective niche. The main points of t his paper are probing for the meanings and classifications of school knowledge management, the modals and contents of knowledge management and how to put it into practice. “School Knowledge management” is, by definition, the professional education knowledge that constructs an effective knowledge system in knowledge emphasized school, which enables the knowledge in organizations of school innovate, circulate and broaden efficiently and constantly. Finally, we bring up the intension of knowledge management and how to put school knowledge management into practice to create intellectual capital in school organization. |
