中文摘要 | 許多組織顧用部份工時人員。本研究乃在討論全時員工與部份工時員工的人力組 合的問題,其中部份工時員工又可分為供給人數有限與無限等兩種。本研究所設定的工作規 則之有關限制條件如下:一、組織需每星期工作七天。一星期之定義係從星期日至星期六。 二、員工按其技能依次劃分為 m 個不同類型 (層級 ), 且以第一類型的員工為最高等級。 三、較高等級的員工可代理任何較低等級員工的工作。四、人力需求方面為每天至少需δ k 個第 k 級的員工在職,且δk ≧ 0。 五、每位員工需週休二天,包含在 A 個星期中需休 B 個週末假期,且 0<A<B,A/B ≧ 2/7。六、需求人力之組合係由全時員工與兩種部份工時的 員工之一種或兩種 (依其所能供給的人數 ) 所共同組成。 七、每位員工的連續工作天數必 須介於二到五天。八、如某位員工在兩個連續週末工作,則必須給予連續的休假日。本研究 的目標是在求出滿足限制條件之最經濟的人力組合。 |
英文摘要 | Many organizations hire part-time workers. In this study, we consider the problem in which the workforce requirements may be a combination of full-time and part-time workers. There are two kinds of part-time workers, called limited and unlimited part-timers, under our consideration. The work rule constraints in this study are:1.The organization operates seven days a week. A week is defined as running from Sunday through Saturday.2.Workers of m types or skilled levels are required, ordered hierarchally with type one the most qualified.3.A higher qualified worker can substitute for any less qualified worker.4.Daily workforce requirements are for at least δk workers of type k must be on duty with δ k ≧ 0.5.Each worker must have two days off per week, including at least A out of B weekends off with 0<A<B and A/B ≧ 2/7.6.The workforce is made up of full-time workers combined with either or both of two types of part-time workers,according to the numbers available. 7.Workstretches should be kept between two and five days. 8.A worker who is on duty for two weekends in a row should get consecutive off-days. The objective of the study is to find the most economical workforce mix to satisfy the constraints. |
