英文摘要 | The aim of this study is to develop a method of synthesis for nonazide gas generant fuel, GZT. The disadvantages of the popularly used gas generant fuel for automobile airbags, sodium azide, include high toxicity, high solubility in water and possibility to form explosive compounds. GZT does not have such disadvantages. The advantages of GZT are high thermal stability, low toxicity, low solubility in water and being recoverable. It is a new compound and can't be bought as a market product. So, we try to study its synthesis and to develop a method to get it with high quality and low price. We found a method of synthesis in patent, but with low yield. On the basis of this method, we have made improvements to lower the cost and raise the yield. |
