中文摘要 | 本文是以及時化生產環境為背景之下,提出建構生產流線的基本設計構想。及時 化生產系統最初是由豐田汽車公司研發而成,其優勢在於可以成功的因應少量多種的產品需 求,而U型的流線設計亦是其安排製造現場的主要特徵之一。本文即是以整合U型流線設計 與模組化生產理念為論述的重點,文中詩論下述三項主題:主題一分析U型生產流線及生產 模組的基本設計觀念,主題二討論如何由傳統的直線型(I型或L型)生產流線轉換為U型 生產流線,提出兩種可行的規劃方向,主題三進一步分析整合U型流線設計與模組化生產之 後,U型生產模組在產量上所具備的彈性優勢及實務上建立U型生產模組的限制條件。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents a design concept of manufacturing flow lines on the basis of just-in-time production environment. The just-in-time production system was originally developed by the TOYOTA automobile company. The major feature of shop floor arrangement in this system concentrates on the U-shaped flow lines design. This paper will first discuss and analyze the basic design concept of the U-shaped flow line as well as the U-shaped production module. The second topic presents two possible approaches which we can use them to change the current shop floor arrangement from the traditional I-shaped(or L-shaped) flow line to the U-shaped flow line. The flexibility of the integrated U-shaped production modules is also discussed in the third topic. The final concluding remarks indicate the limitations and prerequisites for the U-shaped flow line system. |
