中文摘要 | 個人通信服務已咸信為未來電信發展中的主要趨勢。為掌握個人通信服務發展中 的各項關鍵技術, 本所積極研發一套個人通信測試平臺( Personal Communication Test Platform-PCTP )。此平臺是一個針對無線個人通信網路研發工作而製作的多元性測試架構 ,可以提供無線個人通信相關設備一個整合與測試的環境。目前此系統的主要應用在於介接 PACS ( Personal Access Communication System )個人通信系統規格之無線通信用戶迴 路, 提供本所研發之 PACS 系統整合測試的環境。 個人通信測試平臺的主要功能是提供 PACS 系統之基地臺控制站( Radio Port Control Unit-RPUC )和網路端的模擬功能。 個 人通信測試平臺可以與基地臺介接,亦可透過空中介面與手機( SU )通信進行各項通信協 定之測試。 在個人通信測試平臺的系統架構中, 無線用戶模組( Wireless Subscriber Module-WSM )為最主要的模組。 WSM 模組配置成個人通信測試平臺的一個周邊模組,介接 在 PACS 系統無線用戶迴路和個人通信測試平臺之間,其主要功能是處理無線通信頻道之語 音及通信協定。 本文中將介紹個人通信測試平臺的架構與功能,並描述 WSM 無線用戶模組 的軟 / 硬體架構及設計。 |
英文摘要 | Personal Communication Service (PCS) which provides terminal mobility, personal mobility, and service profile management to user is believed to be the trend of telecommunication in the future. To keep up with the key technology in PCS development, A Personal Communication Test Platform (PCTP) is developed in Telecommunication Laboratories. The major function of PCTP is to simulate the functions of the Radio Port Control Unit (RPCU) and the network side of the Personal Access Communication System (PACS). The PCTP provides an integrated test environment for individual elements of PACS system such as Subscriber Unit (SU) and Radio Port (RP) to examine their functions and performance. One of the most important modules in PCTP is the Wireless Subscriber Module (WSM) which is designed as an interface between the PCTP and the PACS wireless subscriber loop. In this paper, the construction and functions of the WSM is presented. The hardware/software design of the WSM is also described. |
