| 英文摘要 | An important role of anaesthetists in operating theatres is to maintain adequate levels of drug-induced muscle relaxation during patient surgery. A quantitative measurement of muscle relaxation is available via evoked potentials from the arm (eg Datex Relaxograph). Fuzzy logic control is suitable for this application because of its model-free design capability for systems which are dynamically nonlinear, uncertain and time-varying. A hierarchical architecture is described which uses fuzzy logic throughout to achieve both low level regulation and high level supervisory tasks such as fault detection and recovery. Clinical trials have been undertaken for fixed fuzzy control and its performance is assessed in this paper, together with initial results in self-organising fuzzy control. Clinicians reaction to the system has been positive, partly because of their ease of understanding the linguistic approach of fuzzy control. |
