中文摘要 | 微風風速(1m/s以下)的校正對工業界及學術界皆有其殷切之需求與重要性,但其量測之困難度亦高;目前在國內尚無於此種風速範圍之校準設備,而在國際上亦尚未有明訂之校正標準。所以在國內建立一套微風風速校準設備實乃一刻不容緩之事。吾人利用本所實驗室中原有之低紊流閉迴路風洞模型改裝成為我國首座之微風風洞(測試區截面為60cm × 50cm,最大風速2m/s),同時亦建立了拖車平臺輔助校正系統;此兩者均可供國內工業界風速計校正之用。另外,實驗之結果顯示:在微風風速範圍,此風洞之風場品質優於日本計量研究所最新發表之微風風洞風場;此足可證明本文微風風洞設備的優越性及可靠性。而本文目前之系統對於無塵室商用風速計之校正,在其一般應用之速度量測範圍,最大可能誤差在 3% 以內。 |
英文摘要 | Very low wind speed (≦ 1m/s) become more and more imortant for industries and laboratories. However, there is still no calibration facililty in Taiwan for such a low wind speed. The object of this paper was to build up a calibrated facility for this purpose. A low-turbulence model wind tunnel was modified to be the first facility for calibrations of such extremely low airspeed in Taiwan. This wind tunnel shows a quite stable, uniform and easily-adjustable wind speed in such extremely low range. For measuring the true air speed, a highly stable traversing unit in an isolated chamber was set up and used. Experimental results reveal that the whole facility and instrumentation offer a quite accurate calibration environment in the range of very low airspeed. Measuring errors of the present calibration system was analyzed and discussed. It verifies the use of the present facility for the calibration of industry anemometers within 3% uncertainty. |
