中文摘要 | 本文以機電一體觀念,提出一種新的天線結構設計概念,以有效降低雷達天線旋 轉產生振動,以及控制天線結構振動對伺服器系統的干擾,提高雷達定位精確度與追蹤性能 。本研究特點是將伺服系統的動力行為納入結構設計考慮,以兩系統間的互制作用為考量點 ,探討低振動與伺服干擾的設計方式。文中首先推導出雷達天線運轉時,包含天線旋轉運動 、振動、電動機動力伺服等機、電整體系統的數學模式,推導結果發現影響各動力系統耦合 與相互干擾的主要參數為天線之轉動慣量。最後,由理論與數值分析結果顯示,對於典型的 雷達天線,影響各動力系統相互干擾的最重要關鍵參數為天線的 Ixz 與 Iyz 值。因此,在 設計上,如能使天線在各種運轉狀態下,都能保持較低 Ixz 與 Iyz 值,應可有效降低結構 振動干擾程度。 |
英文摘要 | A design methodology for low interaction between structure vibrations and servo dynamics of radar antenna is proposed. Basing on the integral mechanical-electrical system, the dynamics of servo motor is included in the structure dynamic analysis for new design method. The interaction between the antenna vibration and motor dynamics is investigated to achieve the new design criterion. In this study, the governing cquations of the structure vibrations, the rotation motions and the servo motor dynamics of the antenna are derived. From the derived results, we find the grade of the interaction between the mechanical and electrical system is dependent on some moments of inertia of the antenna. Especially, we find the dominant factor to induce the interaction is the Ixz and Iyz value of the antenna. If the Ixz and Iyz of the antenna can be kept in low range during any directions, the radar interference due to structure vibration will be reduced. |
