英文摘要 | In this paper we consider a sample of excellent multinational companies , operating in Thailand. We will test the proposition that excellent companies display a positive and significant relationship between indicators of management practise on the one hand, and indicators of management results on the other hand, in all of McKinsey's seven Ss. This would mean that excellent companies are not only excellent in one or a few of the Ss(structure, strategy, etc.)but systematically in all of the seven Ss. The proposition which will be tested does not imply that excellent companies are characterized by similar strategies, structures, etc. but instead that(a) once they practise particular management alternatives, they succeed in obtaining good results, and(b) they have no weak points in any ot the Ss. |
