中文摘要 | 2 mm厚旋切柳桉單板經乙醯化處理,製成高溫壓縮木、醇溶性及水溶性酚甲醛樹 脂含浸高溫壓縮木,來評估乙醯化處理對各種強化木性質及強度之影響。結果如下:(1) 單 板經乙醯化處理後其吸濕率及膨脹率皆降低。 (1) 乙醯化單板製成之強化木除了 Staypak 外其餘之吸水率及厚度膨脹率皆降低。(1) 單板乙醯化處理後製成之強化木其比強度增加者 有: A.Staypak:平行膠合層剪力強度、衝擊強度、縱向壓縮強度、橫向壓縮強度及抗磨損 強度。 B. 醇溶性 PF 所製之 Compreg:平行膠合層剪力強度、衝擊強度、橫向壓縮強度及 抗磨損強度。 C. 水溶性 PF 所製之 Compreg:衝擊強度及縱向壓縮強度。(4) 單板乙醯化 處理後製成之強化木其比強度下降者有: A.Staypak:靜曲強度、垂直膠合層剪力強度及部 份壓縮強度。 B. 醇溶性 PF 所製之 Compreg:靜曲彈性係數、縱向壓縮強度、垂直木理及 平行木理之部份壓縮強度。 C. 水溶性 PF 所製之 Compreg:靜曲強度、垂直及平行膠合層 之剪力強度、硬度、橫向壓縮強度、垂直木理及平行木理之部份壓縮強度。 |
英文摘要 | Staypak and compreg were made from 2 mm thick, rotary cut and acetylated lauan veneer. While the compreg were made either from alcohol or water soluble PF resin. Compare and evaluate the effect of acetylate treatment on the properties of the densified panel products. The results listed as follow: (1) The moisture absorption and swelling rate of the veneer were decreased after acetylate treatment.(2) Except staypak, the compreg made either from alcohol or water soluble PF resin, the liquid water absorption and swelling rate were decreased.(3) Some of the specific strength of the densified wood made from acetylated veneer were better than that made from untreated veneer. The items were including:A.Shearing strength parallel to glue line, impact bending, anti-abrasive strength, compression parallel to grain and compression perpendicular to grain of staypak.B.Shearing strength parallel to glue line, impact bending, anti-abrasive strength and compressive strength perpendicular to grain of compreg made from alcohol soluble PF resin.C.Impact bending and compressive strength parallel to grain of compreg made from water soluble PF resin.(4) Some of the specific strength of the densified wood made from acetylated veneer were less than those made from untreated veneer. The items were including:A.MOR of static bending, Shearing strength perpendicular to glue line and partial compressive strength parallel to grain of staypak.B.MOE of static bending, compression parallel to grain and partial compressive strength both perpendicular and parallel to grain of compreg made from alcohol soluble PF resin.C.MOR of static bending, shearing strength perpendicular and parallel to glue line, hardness, compression perpendicular to grain, partial compressive strength parallel and perpendicular to grain of compreg made from water soluble PF resin. |
