中文摘要 | 本文探討利用比例閥及伺服閥進行油壓位置定點(Set Point)控制時,油壓缸在無載、固定負載及變動負載情況下控制器之設計問題,並作定位控制比較。實驗結果顯示,模糊控制器較 PID 控制器對不同定位點通用性較高, 變動負載下模糊控制器對負荷干擾之適應能力比 PID 控制器為佳,可達到無過衡量的響應,控制法則有很好的強健性。 至於控制閥間的比較方面,比例閥之時間響應較快,而在控制精度方面兩者相差很小。因此,油壓位置伺服系統設計考量時,設計模糊控制器可建議採用比例閥取代伺服閥,在相關應用方面上具經濟效益。 |
英文摘要 | This study presents a controller design problem for using a proportional valve and a servo valve on the position control in a hydraulic servo system under unloading, fixed-loading and variable loading conditions. The results show that a fuzzy controller is more suitable than a PID controller for the set-point control. Under variable loading condition, the fuzzy controller has better adaptive ability, and can reach a no max-overshoot response, which indicates that control rulers have good robustness. Comparison of control valves, indicated that the response of the proportional valve is faster than that of the servo valve, and the difference of the control accuracy in both valves is small. Thus, considering both the economic effect and the acceptable respponse performance, the present study suggests that the proportional valve can be considered to replace the servo valve in similar applications with a fuzzy controller. |
