英文摘要 | The crystal orientations of electrodeposited zinc films were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy. In the electrodeposition process, the cavitation phenomena produced in the electrolyte with ultrasonic irradiation. The liquid jet and shock wave pressure effects due to the cavitation phenomena similar to the effects of agitation and hydrostatic pressure. The surface morphologies of electrodeposited zine films affected due to the liquid jet and shock wave pressure effects. The hexagonal crystal of zinc films increased, and that produced dislocation with pressure effect. The electrodeposited zinc films obtained were more smooth and hard. |
