中文摘要 | 本試驗以芻料用蜀黍之兩個雜交組合80A╳2R及219A╳Tifton之F2種子為材料, 於溫度日長控制的生長箱中栽培,以決定蜀黍幼苗生長速率測定的方法。於種子萌芽第六 天開始測心葉高度(LREL)、葉領高度(HLC)及最大葉尖高度(HLT),連續五天的調查 資料,以直線迴歸分別估算每株自第六天至第八天及至第十天之生長速率(GR608及GR61 ),將此族群生長速率分別分析峰度及歪度,結果只有心葉高度於第六天至第八天及至第 十天之生長速率皆不顯著,顯示出此兩種方法之測定呈常態分佈,而它們的變異係數兩個 族群分別為37或56%(GR608)及35或60%(GR610),呈現較大的變域,尤其至第十天心 葉高度之生長速率又與至第90天最大葉領高度、植株高度或全株鮮重等分別皆達顯著相關 ,故用第六至第十天心葉高度來釐定幼苗生長速率(LRELGR610)並用以檢定遺傳基因乃 是可行的。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to determine the testing method of seedling growth rate in forage sorghum. The seeds from F2 populations of 80A ╳2R and 219A╳Tifton were planted in growth chambers. The length of the most recently emerged leaf (LREL), the highest leaf tip (HLT), and the highest leaf collar (HLC) were measured from the 6th day after emergence to 8th day (GR608) and to 10th day (GR610). The growth rates (GRs) were determined by the linear regression analysis to understand the relationship between leaf lengths and growth days. They were tested by skewness and kurtosis. The results showed that LRELGR608 and LRELGR610 were in normal distributions. Besides, the LRELGR608 and the LRELGR610 had wider variations, of which CV were 37- 56% and 35- 60%, respectively. The correlations between the LRELGR608 and the agronomic traits and those between the LRELGR610 and the agronomic traits were determined. The results showed that both the LRELGR608 and the LRELGR610 were significantly correlated with HLC, HLT, plant height, whole plant weight and spike weight at 90 days after emergence, respectively. Especially, LRELGR610 was consistently correlated with above mentioned traits in these two populations. It is suggested that the LRELGR610 may be the best method for determining the seedling growth rate and its genetic behavior in forage sorghum. |
