中文摘要 | 在不改變現有作業環境下,為縮短各部位攝影時之作業時間並提高基本資料輸入之正確率,我們採用條碼輸入來取代原先之鍵盤輸入。對於檔案室作業亦在初次檢查建檔時即在片袋貼上條碼,同時借片申請單上亦列印有條碼,讓檔案室借還片作業亦可採用條碼取代傳統作業方式。臨床醫師在病患看診時,若需要立即以X光影像協助診斷時,依照本部原有作業方式,從登記室登記、使用電腦放射線攝影(CR)輸入基本資料、完成攝影到檔案室借片,這些基本資料的鍵入完全由人工輸入,故計鍵入時間總計為190秒,而正確率為90%。若是CR資料改以我們自行研發的終端機連線程式,以鍵盤鍵入申請序號,由資料庫帶出所有病患所需基本資料到CR,鍵入時間總計為90秒,正確率為98%。而完全以條碼輸入,資料鍵入時間總計為9秒,正確率為99.5%。相信藉由條碼的使用,放射線部門的登記室、檔案室、攝影室 CR 基本資料輸入,能像大賣場、生鮮超市那麼正確且迅速,事實上我們已經成功達到目標,除了提高基本資料正確率外也大大減少了同仁鍵盤輸入的時間,同時亦進而提昇了服務的品質,以達到雙贏的目標。 |
英文摘要 | In order to shorten the time taken for radiological investigations and to improve the accuracy of demographic data input without significantly changing the current working environment, barcodes were used to replace the traditional use of keyboards for input during X-ray imaging. To improve file room procedures, the barcode was stuck on the film jacket when patients had their first X-ray film produced. The barcode was also printed on the emergency X-ray requisition form and film-borrowing sheet. The traditional film borrowing and return procedures were able to be replaced by the improved capabilities made possible by the barcode. Traditionally, when radiological imaging is required by the clinician as an aid to diagnosis the procedure requires registry and data input for the computed radiography (CR) to finish imaging, after which the film is borrowed from the file room. All of these steps require manual mainpulation of data. The total input time was 190 seconds for the traditional method and data accuracy was 90%. Using an in-house purpose built CR terminal program, demographic data could be accessed from the hospital information system after keying the squence number on each requisition form, and the time needed to finish the whole procedure was 90 seconds with an accuracy of 98%. When we use the barcode to replace manual keying in, the time needed was only nine seconds and the accuracy was 99.5%. By using barcodes in the radiology department, the efficiency and accuracy of data input at registration, the computerised radiography room counter and in the file room should be similar to that achieved by supermarket checkouts. Barcodes not only improve the accuracy of data input, but reduce keyboard input time. An added bonus was that the quality of service was also improved. |
