中文摘要 | 本研究以臺灣大學實驗林溪頭營林區之七種林相(柳杉林、臺灣杉林、紅檜林、銀杏林、孟宗竹林、天然闊葉林與柳杉林相改良地)為樣區,探討不同林相之土壤動物。每一林相選取三個樣點,分別於1998年2月22日及1998年3月15日採樣,採樣係以體積100cm3及25cm3的採土圓筒在0-5cm、5-10cm及10-15cm三層土壤深度進行,再分別以乾烘法及濕烘法進行分析;另以直訕28.5cm的採土圓筒採土壤表層下5cm的土壤作為大型土壤動物分析之樣本。大型土壤動物用肉眼觀察並挑出,而乾、濕生土壤動物分別用Tullgren漏斗及Baermann漏斗分析。第一次所採樣本烘24小時,第二次烘48小時。所採得土壤動物樣本數共2,292個,其中手挑法為1,423個,乾烘法為778個,溼烘法為91個,分屬4門10綱,其中鑑定出目名者23,科名者41,屬名者20,種名者6。其中土壤動物數量最多的為天然闊葉林,最少的為紅檜林。Shannon-Weaver多樣性指數最高的為柳杉林,最低的為孟宗竹林。Jaccard相似度比較結果,土壤動物組成以柳杉林與天然闊葉林最相近,相似度86%,但紅檜林與天然闊葉林僅58%。不同林相間土壤動物組成與結構不同,即使數量與多樣性指數相近,但優勢類群也不一樣。 |
英文摘要 | This study was carried out at Chitou Experimental Forest of the National Taiwan University, Nan-Tou County, Taiwan. Seven forest types including pure stands of Cryptomeria japonica, Taiwania cryptomeriodes, Chamaecyparis formosensis, Ginkgo biloba, Phyllostachys pubescens, natural broad-leaved forest and cryptomeriodes improvement land were selected. Three sample point were randomly chosen in each forest type. Soil sample were collected on February 22 and March 15, 1998. Soil animal samples were then collected with metal cylinder of 100cm3 for dry method and 25cm3 for wet method from 0-5cm, 5-10cm and 10-15cm in depth. Macrofauna were collected with cylinder of 28.5cm in diameter from 5cm in depth. Macrofauna were sorted out with naked eyes, while dry soil animals were collected with Tullgren funnel and wet soil animals with Baermann funnel. Samples were dried for 24 hours for the first time and 48 hours for the second time. A total of 2,292 samples were collected, 1,423 by hands, 778 by dry method and 91 by wet method. These samples were identified to 4 phyla, 10 classes, 23 order, 41 families, 20 genus and 6 species. Natural broad-leaved forest had the most abundant fauna and the Chamaecyparis formosensis had the least, whil Cryptomeria japonica forest had the highest Shannon-Weaver diversity index and the Phyllostachys pubescens had the lowest. Natural broad-leaved forest had a most close Jaccard similarity index, which was 86%, with Cryptomeria japonica forest, and a least Jaccard similarity index, wihich was 58%, with Chamaecyparis formosensis. Animal composition and structure were different among different forest types, even with a similar abundance and diversity index, the dominant groups were still very different. |
