中文摘要 | 本研究採用8週齡的Wistar大鼠為受試對象,隨機將大鼠分成A組(不運動不給藥)、B組(運動不給藥)、和給藥後運動的C組(Betamethasone; Bet)、D組(Prednisolone; Pre)、E組(Cortison; Cor)、和F組(Triamcinolone; Tri)等6組(n=6)。於給藥30分鐘後,強迫游泳30分鐘,立即從下腹腔動脈抽取血液樣本進行血液分析,並截取後肢骨骼肌肉作組織病理觀察,結果顯示給藥後再運動組之大鼠血中乳酸(Lactic acid; LA)、乳酸去氫酵素(Lactate dehydrogenase; LDH)和肌酸激酵素(Creatine kinase; CK)皆比運動不給藥組高, 而運動不給藥組之各生化值又比不運動不給藥組高,比照骨骼肌肉橫紋收縮程度,發現給藥後再運動組大於運動不給藥組,運動不給藥組又大於不運動不給藥組。 |
英文摘要 | Glucocorticoids are effective for the relief of pain and inflammation. It is now known that inhibition of the enzyme Phospholipase A2 is the principle mechanism for the efficacy of Glucocorticoids. Their effects have not been determined in skeletal muscle. The objective here was to determine the effects of Glucocorticoids, in six groups of 36 Wistar mice. Group A was control, Group B was not administered any drug but exercised, and Group C∼F was intraperitoneally administered Betamethasone (Bet)、Prednisolone (Pre)、Cortison (Cor) 、Triamcinolone (Tri) (n=6) respectively. A Kodak Eaktachem DT60 Ⅱ analyzer was used to measure blood samples collected from intraperitoneal arteria after drug administration 30 minute with or without-exercise. Striation of skeletal muscle was gained from post paw immersed in 10% solution of formalin a week, modified and sealed with paraffin, then cut in 5 μm slicers. Coloration of striation was derived by A Mallory phosphotungstic acid hematoxylin (Mallory PTAH) method and the various muscle contraction was observed with a Opticphot-2, Nikon, Tokyo, Japan. Significantly higher LA, LDH and CK concentration in the lood and higher extent of muscle contraction were seen in medicated animals. From these data, it can be concluded that pain releasing may enhance extent of sport and cause muscle injuris easily. |
