中文摘要 | 傳統上,研究方法的重點多強調推論邏輯或實證程序等,然而本研究認為如研究動 機合宜否,問題選取有價值否等問題乃研究的基本前提,或可謂研究的價值前提,似稍乏研 究重視,在科學研究中,凡有關價值之問題應屬於哲學問題,亦即研究之根題,故其為一「科 學的哲學」問題,本研究以組織承諾典範為例,在有關動機與問題之價值判褘上採用Kuhn’ s的觀點,以建立下述三判準L1)對典範做研究是有意義的;(2)「解謎」與「精鍊」是有意義 的;(3)發現與解開「異常」是有意義的。並依之而提出三個謎題以建立解謎動機。此外再由事 實的觀察建立三個預測及分別提出事實、理論的異常來建立異常動機,最後,並依之而提出 研究問題。本研究認為此方式較能嚴謹的理清動機並對研究問題的產生尤有助益。 |
英文摘要 | Traditionally, research method is focus on logical inference and empirical process. We think, however, it is also important to justify a research from the beginning that is to variety whether its research motivation and research problem is proper for studying. In other words, these are some fundamental questions that a research should answer than all others in design and a research at the first place. This paper adopts Kuhn's view of paradigm trying to establish three criterions which is believed to be valuable for solving the problem mentioned above. 1. Studying on paradigm. 2. Puzzle solving 3. Anomalous resolving Following the criterions, we take commitment paradigm as example found three puzzles and three anomalous, by them we designed a set of research motivations and problems. By this approach, we believe may vary helpful to produce and justify a creative research issue which is obviously lack attention in modern research methodology. |
