中文摘要 | 肉雞產業為本省的主要家禽產品,每週之總處理量為300萬隻,目前採用人工收 獲,而為提升此作業的自動化程度,與解決勞力供需的問題,是以本研究針對自荷蘭引進之 抓雞作業機械的作業性能與經濟效益作分析,以探討該機械在本省傳統雞舍的作業環境下之 適用性及其作業成本,作為國內推動機械化抓雞作業的重要參考依據。 本抓雞作業機械若配合 5 位作業人員, 並於夜間進行抓雞則其作業能力每小時約 3600 隻 ,符合設計要求且雞隻屠體的損傷比例低於不得超過 3.5 %的規定值。 經由經濟效益分析 ,得知本機械的抓雞作業成本每隻為 0.7 元, 比人工抓雞方式約節省 13 %之費用,因此 採行機械抓雞不但較經濟且能改善作業人員之辛勞程度。惟該機械具有機體過長,行走機動 性差,底盤過低,運搬困難及造價昂貴等不利因素,且本省傳統型雞舍內的支柱間距較窄, 無法使其發揮最大之作業效能。故建議參考該機械之作業原理,自行開發適合國內雞舍現場 環境使用之抓雞機械,以期降低機械製造成本與建立本土化技術及維修能力,使其更易於推 廣,期能解決農村勞力日益老化與不足之嚴重問題。 |
英文摘要 | Broiler industry is one of the major poultry product in Taiwan. There are 3 million broilers needed to be processed weekly. The present method for catching broilers is by manpower, other than operational efficiency is needed to be improved, the quality of broiler after catching process is also required to be maintained for good price. Thus the broiler catching machine was imported from Holland and its operation was demonstrated to public. The principle methods applied by this machine were described as followings: using vaccum pump for harvesting the broilers from ground, then adopting belt conveyor to transport the broiler to container under the weighting system. The capacity of this machine was in the range from 3,000 to 5,000 broiler per hour and cost for operating this machinery was evaluated and described in details for comparison and analysis. The total cost was found to be 0.7 NT Dollar per broiler and was 13% lower than the operational cost by manpower. Thus it can be expected to lowering the operational cost and improving the working conditions through the operation with this machine. But considering the local broiler farm's actual conditions, we found the following aspects are needed to be modified to solve the problem of lacking and aging labors: such as initial cost is too high, the length of this machine is too long, the mobility for transportation is too low, and the construction of local broiler house will limit the maximum capacity for field operations, i.e., the distance between poles is too tight. Thus the development of broiler catching machine was recommendded based on the principle of the imported machine and considering the actual field conditions. |
