英文摘要 | Accurately understanding particle size and its distribution has important meaning to chemical engineering production. Twin electronic probe method is good for measuring particle size and distribution of high concentration, small sized particle group. Because itadopts electrical measurement principle, it is easy to connect with computer to performautomatic on lime measurement. However, this method has to rely on mathematical model, established by impulse speed function h(s), to calculate particle distribution density function f(D). This mathematical model belongs to the first category of Fredhdm integral equation. Due to its instability, the results have substantial errors and this has made this method of no practical value. This article introduced Assumption-matching method and BP artificalnerve network method to solve the above problems and adopted step electrical motor toadjust probe needle distance to improve sensor and measurind system. |
