中文摘要 | 本文針對產業機器功能,以動態可靠度與故障率描述產業機器狀態變化。藉此推 求壽命行為的相關參數。另以最大價值機率及單位成本下降率為基礎,找出價值相關參數。 根據守恆原理(熱力學第一定律)建立兩者的轉換關係。文中並討論由熱力學第二定律所引 伸出 Carnot 循環所具有最大效率現象應用於產業機器在使用╱維修過程中如何維持較佳效 益。另就產業機器的生態行為考慮其故障率可藉由主觀投入的有效智能於系統設計以及客觀 監控作業的周延性得以下降。文中就機器系統引進操作保護措施時推導壽命增長的因子。最 後並針對機器生態行為與蒸氣動力廠的運作作一比較,闡述其間的類比關係,進而提供相關 方程式來描述其演化。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper it makes an analogy between the ecological behavior of machine and the thermodynamic behavior of matter. Two scalars are used to concern with the ecological bahavior of machine. One is the life the other is the value from the output of machine. The former can be considered as the heat, the latter as the work defined in the thermodynamic process of matter. The life of machine can be predicted based on the reliability and the corresponding failure rate. The value can be represented as the area under the curve of decay cost rate vs. maximum value probability. Both are defined in the text. Finally the maximum effciency of machine life cycle which consists of service and maintenance (including repair as well as replacement) is discussed and found that it has the same situation as the Carnot efficiency limits the thermodynamic cycle of matter. Meanwhile the extension of life due to the insertion of operation protecting element into the system is discussed. The dynamic model of ecological behavior of machine is also proposed. |
