中文摘要 | 對於具有完整譜系資料之稻作品種而言,譜系分析之應用,有助於瞭解梗、秈稻品種間之遺傳變異性。近期所育成之11個梗稻品種(臺梗1號至11號),可追溯至68個原始祖先,其中23個是過去梗稻品種育種上,所未曾採用過。但是,神力、龜治、及NC4三個祖先,仍提供相當大比例之遺傳組成(33%)。相較於梗稻品種,秈稻之育種,建立在更狹隘的遺傳基礎上。約有45%之遺傳組成,是來自於低腳烏尖、及三個祖先。一般而言,梗、秈稻之育種,是各自建立在不同的遺傳背景上。數據顯示,自民國74年稻作育種小組成立,近期所育成之梗稻品種間之遺傳變異性已有增加;而不同歸群之秈稻品種間,仍維持著相當之遺傳變異性。 |
英文摘要 | Previous studies revealed that japonica rice (oryza sativa L.) varieties were developed on a narrow genetic base. Efforts have been made to expand the genetic diversity. Using pedigree analysis, relative genetic contribution and coefficient of parentage were computed to evaluate the impact of recent efforts on the pattern of diversity among current rice varieties. Sixty-eight ancestors were identified in 11 Japonica parentages (Taiken 1 through Taiken 11). Among them, 23 ancestors were not used for Japonica variety development before 1987. Shinriki, Kameji, and NC4 remained as the most prominent ancestors which collectively comprised 33% of the genetic backgroud. Indica varieties were developed on a more restricted genetic base than that of Japonica. About 45% of the genes were contributed by Dee-geo-woo-gen, Cina, and Latisall. These two subspecies generally rely on different genetic core of breeding materials. Data suggest that the genetic base of modern Japonica rice varieties is broadened. Based on cluster analysis, reasonable genetic diversity occurs among Indica varieties from different clusters. |
