中文摘要 | 淡水河是臺灣北部最重要的河川,但是晚近卻受到工業及家庭廢水的污染。為了建立河口域最基礎的資料,以支應自然資源管理與環境保護的需求,我們在此水域對浮游動物中最主要的分子——橈腳類,進行初步的研究。在淡水河之河口域及其鄰近水域採樣的時間分別為1996年的八、十、十一月及1997年的一月。此期間,我們共採到Calanoida, Cyclopoida, Harpacticoida和Poecilostomatoida中的17科27屬62種。我們發現橈腳類的豐度在河口域者反低於其鄰近水域者,這可能和淡水河受污染有關。種類組成受環境因子之影響頗大,因此此水域每月的主要種類會改變;據推測改變的主因係受季節更迭所影響。我們嘗試討論何以淡水河口域沒有較鄰近水域高的橈腳類豐度,也比較了不同學者在這裡做橈腳類生物相的研究,所得的結果有何不同。 |
英文摘要 | Tanshui River is the most important river of northern Taiwan, but has been polluted by industrial discharge and domestic sewage. In order to build up the baseline information of natural resource for management and protection of the estuarine ecosystem, we studied copepods, the dominant taxonomical group of the zooplankton, from the estuary and adja-cent offshore waters in August, October, November 1996 and January 1997. In total, 62 species belonging to 27 genera and 17 families in Calanoida, Cyclopoida, Harpacticoida and Poecilostomatoida were identified. We found that the abundance of copepods in the estuary was lower than that in the offshore waters. This phenomenon may due to the out-flowing of polluted water from the Tanshui River. The species composition was found to be affected by environmental condition. The change of dominant species among the four sampling months exhibits a temporal variation of the copepod assemblages in this area. General pattern of production and peculiarity of local copepod fauna among various studies are discussed. |
