中文摘要 | 本文利用市區交通系統模擬模式(UTSS)分析公車專用道之容量。首先調查臺北 市公車專用道之公車運作特性,據以校估及驗證 UTSS 模式,俾模擬公車在專用道上進站、 停靠站上下客、離站及穿越號誌路口之運作行為,並進一步推估公車專用道之容量。本文模 擬號誌週期為 180 秒,綠燈時比( g ╱ C )為 0.3 ∼ 0.7, 近端站公車站位數為 3 ∼ 7 個,站上服務時間為 10 ∼ 30 秒等各種組合之最大公車流量,結果顯示在一定之綠燈時 比下,專用道容量隨站上服務時間增長而遞減;在一定之站上服務時間下,專用道容量隨綠 燈時比增長或站位數增加而遞減。 以站上服務時間 20 秒 5 個站位為例,綠燈時比從 0.3 增至 0.7 時,公車專用道之最大流量由 152 增至 264 輛╱小時。 |
英文摘要 | This study employs Urban Traffic Simulation Systems (UTSS) model to analyze capacity of the exclusive bus lanes in Taipei City. Field operating characteristics of bus flows on the exclusive bus lanes are observed in order to calibrate and validate the UTSS model. The validated model is then used to simulate the bus arriving, stopping (loading and unloading), and departing behavior at near-side bus stops such that the capacities (maximum flow rates) of exclusive bus lanes under various combinations of dwell times, number of berths, and green-cycle time ratios (g/C), are estimated. The simulation results have shown that maximum bus flow rates increase as the dwell time decreases and as the number of berths or g/C ratio increases. For instance, in the case of 180-second cycle time, 20-second average dwell time and 5 near-side bus berths, maximum bus flow rates can range from 152 to 264 vehicles per hour, provided g/C ratio varies from 0.3 to 0.7. |
