中文摘要 | 火力發電廠之汽機油壓控制系統中的伺服機,乃控制汽機閥門開 度的要素。但是由於不明的因素,在穩態時,推動負載的油壓缸活塞 會發生顫振的現象,導致負載位置的變動,使得輸出電力之品質受到 影響。因為伺服機為一非線性回授控制系統,不易判斷顫振之成因, 因此造成維修與維持電子品質的困難。本計畫擬以數學模式之推論分 析及硬體之實作驗證,提出可供現場診斷問題之參考工具。 |
英文摘要 | Servomotors are frequently used for the steam turbine hydraulic control system in power plants and play a very important role in the extent of opening of the control valves. Under steady state operating conditions, the piston supporting the control valve tends to hunt for some unknown reasons. The quality of delivered power from a power plant could be seriously affected by the hunting effect. It is a difficult task in trying to identify the probable causes for hunting since the feedback control system is nonlinear. In this project, both mathematical modelling, simulation and hardware implementation will be used to extract and validate the parameters which are prone to cause hunting so that a guide can be established for field applications. |
