中文摘要 | 具有吸濕排汗速乾機能性之布匹的功能驗證是一重要的工作,其中速乾性質表示織物吸收汗水後能夠快速蒸發以保持體表乾燥舒適的能力,在評估方面,本研究使用自行設計之「織妙水份乾燥速率」測試方法進行評估,用以選擇最適合的機能性布匹開發製程。結果顯示相同支數之最速乾的纖維細度為1dpf以下;紗支愈細乾燥愈快;經全製程開發的機能性布種乾燥速度快且較相同布重的純棉布快乾。 |
英文摘要 | Once the functional fabrics were developed, the confirmative works fol-lowed. The drying property concerned about thermal comfort and expressed the evaporative ability of fabrics that absorbed perspiration. The test method of "fabric evaporation rate" was designed by China Textile Institute to evaluate and choose the optimum processes for making functional fabrics. The results showed that 1 )the filament thinner than 1dpf had the best dryability; 2)the finner the yarn count, the shorter the drying time; and 3) the functional fabrics developed by the whole optimum peocesses showed the best evaporation rate and even better than that of cotton fabrics with the same fabric weight. |
