中文摘要 | 圖書館是學校的心臟,隨著科技和電腦的進步,學童學習的資料已不限於紙本資料與視聽資料。圖書館在資料時代所扮演的角色將是一個提供資訊服務與教導讀者如何正確與有效率的使用資訊的單位。國小傳統的圖書館利用教育以教導圖書館的基本知能為主,為了面對資訊網路時代的到來,未來在設計圖書館利用教育課程時,應將資訊素養課程與目前的基本知能的認識相結合,以教育我們的下一代更具有掌握新資訊的能力。本研究探討國小圖書館利用教育的現況與實施的情形,介紹網路上提供兒童學習資訊服務的網站,兒童資訊倫理的認識,並對未來發展圖書館利用教育的發展提供意見。 |
英文摘要 | The library is the heart of a school. Ever since the development and improvement of technology and the computer, the learning resources for students are no longer limited by paper materials and media information. The school's library is now in the middle of an electronic era and media program now can offer informational services by teaching their students how to use information efficiently and effectively. Traditionally, the goal of the school library media program has been to teach students basic library skills. Today, however, the electronic era is forcing this program to change its traditional position by either leading or falling at the wayside of technological information. This new school library media program will be constructed with the Internet and cutting-edge library skills. This study is to explore the status of current school library media programs, present a general overview of selected Internet sites dealing with children learning information, look at information literacy, and offer some suggestions for future development of the school library media program. |
