中文摘要 | 本文利用灰階共發分析法(即共發矩陣法)求取梭織布樣的循環週期以期達成建構一非破壞性自動檢測經緯密系統之目標。 目前量測梭織物經緯密之方式常用者有放大鏡計數法,拆數法,密度尺法等方式;幾經研究已有利用電腦輔助計數方式以縮短分析時間提升效率者,但於量測之前仍需仰賴人工事先進一步做尺寸校正與方向調整,然後才可進行量測,操作甚為不便;故本文嘗試以共發矩陣法求得布樣影像在水平與垂直(即θ=0°及90°)的位置方向的間距(d)與對比度(CONs)參數值間之關係,以獲得水平(經向)與垂直(緯向)之循環週期,進而求得織物經緯密大小。 本量測系統包含自動計數與輔助計數兩大機制;經實驗結果顯示,自動計數機制除操作簡單,量測前不必調校系統外,且於測量平紋織物之準確性幾乎可達100%之程度,而其他較複雜的布樣如斜紋,緞紋以及格子布等則可尚可利用輔助計數機制予以量測;因量測適用範圍廣泛,故本量測系統極適合織布廠分析各類不同布樣工作之進行並可以之取代以往無效率的傳統分析方式。 |
英文摘要 | The aims of this project are mainly focused on achieving the development and construction of automatizing a nondestructive inspection processing of fabric density for woven fabrics. There are many kinds of methods to measure the weaving density, i.e. the number of warp and weft existing in the unit length of fabric. One of the methods to measure the density is to count the number of warp and weft yarns by raveling the sample or by inspecting with textile analysis glass. Another method is by using a recognition of the pattern of cloths. In this study, the co-occurrence based method- Gray Level Cooccurrence Matrix (GLCM) is employed to extract texture measures of woven fabric texture image for the purpose of finding the repetition of various categories of fabrics. The inspection system consists of two mechanisms, i.e. auto-counting mechanism and assistant-counting mechanism. Results show that the inspecting way using auto-counting mechanism is easy but also the inspecting accuracy rate of it for plain weave structure is almost as good as 100%. As for the other more complicated weave structures, such as twill weave, satin weave and the grilled fabrics can also apply the assistant-counting mechanism to inspect the fabrics density as an alternative. As the result of its variety of appliabilities, this system is more adoptable than the non-efficient conventional inspecting ways mentioned above for the weaving mill. |
