英文摘要 | This paper presents the sensitivity factor method and dynamic programming technique to schedule the reactive power/voltage. The sensitivity factors and derived for reactive power/voltage dispatch to ensure that all voltage of load buses stay within secure ranges. Dynamic programming is used to find optimal schedule of reactive power/voltage dispatch for a whole day. The proposed approach is applied to a practical 245-bus system, the Taipower system. The results show that this methodology can be used to minimize the control actions over an entire day. It indicates that this methodology enhances the operator's planing greatly and reduces the depreciation cost. |
