中文摘要 | 本文以1,8-雙(氯二甲基矽基)辛烷做空間橋化學鍵結矽膠,經加水聚合反應形成線型寡聚1,8-雙(二甲基矽基)辛烷(RP-PD8)固定相,尾端則分別與氯二甲基矽烷、二氯甲基矽烷及三甲基氯矽烷化學鍵結形成三種不同形態之固定相RP-PD8-MCl、RP-PD8-DCl及RP-PD8-E固定相,此三種不同形態之固定相再分別與界面活性劑十二烷苯磺酸鈉(12BS)反應可形成RP-PD8-E+12BS、RP-PD8-MCl+12BS、RP-PD8-DCl+12BS等新型含界面活性劑固定相材質。合成之相關產物並以碳及硫元素分析、IR、液態或固態13C NMR及固態29Si NMR等光譜鑑定其表面結構,該類產品經初步之油脂吸附實驗,發現此類產品可對水面上之橄欖油進行吸附,藉由有機溶劑萃取後,經儀器檢測油脂殘餘濃度可達到良好吸附(例如:一克之RP-PD8-E+12BS約可吸附0.55克之橄欖油),旦其對油脂吸附後,可以簡便方法處理後而再生回收使用,避免了因直接使用界面活性劑造成對水之二次污染,對生態環境之保護將有助益,此與一般自由型之界面活性劑不同,且再生之材質與原先製備者吸附性質相同。 |
英文摘要 | A method for the reparation of the novel stationary phases containing surfactant was described. 1, 8-Bis (chlorodimethylsilyl) octane was reacted with silica to form linear oligomeric 1,8-bis (dimethylsilyl) octane phase (RP-PD8), following reacted by chlorodimethylsilane, dichlorodimethylsilane or chlorotrimethylsilane to giver the modified linear oligomeric 1,8-bis (dimethylsilyl) octane phases (RP-PD8-E, RP-PD8-MCl, RP-PD8-DCl), and finally mixed with surfactant (sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate) to form stationary phases containing surfactant (RP-PD8-E+12BS, RP-PD8-MCl+12BS, RP-PD8-DCl+12BS). Surface study of these materials was performed by carbon, sulfur elemental analysis, IR spectra, solid state 29 Si NMR and 13C NMR spectra, respectively. Absorption effect on these stationary phases was tested with olive oil. Good performance for the absorption of olive oil can be achieved by extraction method (For example: 1 g of RP-PD8-E+12BS can be used to absorb ca, 0.055g of olive oil). In addition, the used stationary phases can be recycled and regenerated, The capacity of the recycled stationary phases was found to be the same as that of the original prerared stationary phases. |
