中文摘要 | 工業界常於生產過程中使用大量有機溶劑,且於加工處理過程排放具毒性與惡臭 之揮發性有機物( Volatile Organic Compounds, VOCs ),致危害人體與環境,為改善廠 內空氣品質及有效控制 VOCs,則需先瞭解 VOCs 排放特性。 本文乃探討 VOCs (含丁酮、 甲苯、環己酮)排放特性與環境因子(溫度、溼度、通風量與流場特性)之關係,並採用三 種方法(含完全混合測試、紊流流場測試及計算流力數值模擬)探討 VOCs 排放速率。研究 結果發現 VOCs 排放速率隨廠內溫度、溼度、通風量與污染源臨近流速之提高而增加,且採 用完全混合模式、紊流流場風洞測試及數值模擬,所探求排放速率結果頗為一致,其排放速 率隨環境條件與流場流速而異, 而丁酮、 甲苯、 環己酮之排放速率各約為 0.75 至 1.38x10 �� mg/m �� /hr、 0.14 至 0.87x10 �� mg/m �� /hr 及 0.020 至 0.045x10 �� mg/m �� /hr。 |
英文摘要 | In order to effectively control air quality in plant, the Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) emission model was developed to evaluate the VOCs emission rate and model the emission characteristics in factory. The emission rate of methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), toluene (TOL), and cyclohexanone (ANONE) are simulated with complete mixing model, turbulent model, and numerical analysis. The results show that the emission rate increases with an increase in temperature, humidity, ventilation rate, and velocity above pollution source. It is almost consistent in emission rate evaluted by three methods. The emission rate of methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), toluene (TOL), and cyclohexanone are ranged from 0.75 to 1.38x10 �� mg/m �� /hr、 0.14 to 0.87x10 �� mg/m �� /hr, and 0.020 to 0.045x10 �鄉g/m ��/hr respectively. The mass transfer coefficient of methyl ethyl ketone, toluene, and cyclohexanone are ranged from 0.0010 to 0.0035 m/sec, 0.0011 to 0.0036 m/sec, and 0.0012 to 0.0041 m/sec respectively. The coefficient depends primarily on velocity above pollution source. |
