中文摘要 | 應用紅外線熱影像處理系統監視加工時切削工件、刀具及切屑的表面溫度場變化。通常該系統需先經熱電偶比對校正,便可透過監視器看到本來無法用肉眼所觀查的物體表面溫度分佈。藉此方法得知加工過程的刀具表面溫度分佈亦能進一步瞭解刀具的磨耗力學。由熱視圖及熱電偶測量結果發現的切削現像亦在本研究討論之。 |
英文摘要 | An infrared thermovision workstation is employed for monitoring the surface temperature of the workpiece, the cutting tool, and the chips during machining. Heat patterns invisible to the eye can be observed by this method and temperatures can be determined by calibrating with thermocouples and provided understanding of cutting tool wear mechanisms based on knowledge of the temperature distribution present during the cutting processes. The observations of cutting phenomena obtained by inspecting the thermograms and the results of thermocouple measurement are also discussed in this study. |
