中文摘要 | 在數位系統中,步進馬達已被廣泛地用做位置控制或速度控制的控制器,因此其驅動電路的效率更顯重要,本文利用近日工業控制上相當受歡迎的單晶片微控器來設計一個『多能能』的驅動電路,結合「電壓切換」與「定電流」的技術,以「截波式電壓切換」方式產生驅動步進馬達所需的控制電壓,使馬達能在省功率的情況下亦能以高轉矩運轉;同時在此驅動電路中,只要改變控制程式即能以「定電壓」、「電壓切換」、「定電流」等驅動方法來驅動步進馬達。 |
英文摘要 | Step motors are used as actuator of position-control and velocity-control in digital system, so the performance of its driver is more important. This paper aims to design a multi-function driver by means of singlechip microcontroller which is very popular in industrial control. The drive combines the techiniques of "voltage-swithc" and "constant-current" to generate the energized voltage of step motors by "chopper voltageswitch" method, so step motors can rotate in high-torque under lower power. The driver can be operated in the methods of "constant-voltage", "voltage-swith" and "constantcurrent" by changing the control program of microcontroller. |
