英文摘要 | Teachers should be always learning to be better teachers, always trying to gain awareness of their teaching by doing a variety of different teacher development activities. The first step and an important part of doing teacher development activities is data collection based on observation, either observing others' teaching or observing our own teaching. Since teacher development activities mean significant to me and I would like to observe other teachers' and my own teaching behavior so as to improve my own teaching, I have been applying some to my observation of classes since I started teaching. This article reviews 7 different ways of observation, which I found advantageous and would like to present and share my own examples. |
