中文摘要 | 本文旨在透過臺北市原住民健康照護計畫,由臺北市立醫院之社會救助金支應免 費健康檢查。由訪員替受訪者預約受檢,健康檢查對象以四十歲以上設籍臺北市者共計1904 人,只有 533 人前往市立醫院受檢。並以結構式問卷訪談方式發現臺北市原住民之社經狀 況與教育程度偏低,三成以上從事服務業,多屬勞力工作,每月收入約二至五萬元,主要賺 錢者為自己或配偶;七成者已婚其中四成為租屋,相關之居住品質值再做深入探討,近五成 者之宗教信仰為基督教,而與教會相關之活動是都市原住民最重要之社交活動;在生活習慣 方面,六成者每天吃早餐,偶而或常喝酒,每天喝酒者為5%,36.1%從不喝酒。 都市原住民 35.9% 者每天工作時間超過八小時,運動時間多為一小時,睡眠時間八成者為 每天八小時,可能天性較樂觀,睡得較好;但經醫師診斷之疾病以高血壓、心臟病及糖尿病 等慢性病為主,有35%者正在長期服藥,4%者領殘障手冊,其中以肢體殘障最多佔28.6%。 由 SF-36 看出都市原住民之身體活動功能,七成者完成不受限制,亦不會因為身體健康或 情緒問題導致從事工作或日常活動受到限制,情緒與生理問題對社交活動之影響不大;二成 者覺得經常心情平靜,是一個快樂的人,經常充滿活力,一成者覺得精疲力竭與很累,受訪 者於填答問卷前一個月,五成者有身體疼痛情形,近四成者自覺健康狀況和一年前比較,覺 得差一些。由於阿美族佔臺北市原住民之 57.4%,且多位於內湖與南港區如:東湖國宅基地 ,鄰近康寧護專學校附近,建議透過社區學校資源之參與,藉由社區意識自我覺醒,激發都 市原住民對其本身健康與生活型態能自發性的關心,進而加強健康態度與行為之建立,但亦 需尊重原住民原有之文化傳統,達到自助助人,追求較佳之健康與生活品質。 |
英文摘要 | From the aboriginal health care plan, the Taipei municipal hospital gives free charge physical examination to the urban aborigines of over 40 years old, There are totally 1940 cases in Taipei ciyt. The survey is starting from April 2000 to March 2001, conducted by interviewer-aided questionnaires. The author collects 526 valid questionnaires in total. The findings show of socioeconomic status and social support system of urban aborigines is poor. 35% of take medicine for chronic disease. 35.9% work over 8 hours per day. But they have good sleep. SF-36 finds 70% physical condition without limit, is well-bing, no respondents emotional problem, 20% full of energy, 10% feel tired. According to the results, it is suggested KNJC can give them appropriate education and relevant vocational training. What more of important, however, is the respect to urban traditional aboriginal culture and life style. Only with the restoration of self-esteem the promotion of social status of urban aboriginal is possible. Also only when higher social positions are gained, the urban aboriginal will be aware of the importance of health and then pursue it aggressively. |
