中文摘要 | 本試驗係探討接合型態對經由五種熱壓溫度所製造的杉木熱處理壓縮材接合強度之影響,以尋求最適合熱處理壓縮材供為家具材料時之製造條件與接合設計。試驗結果顯示,接合型態中以方樟接合之破壞撓矩最大、橢圓榫接合之引拔強度最佳。關於接合方式與熱處理壓縮材接合強度之適合性如下:引拔強度方面一方榫接合以130℃處理者之強度最佳、橢圓榫接合為140℃、而木釘接合則為150℃。破壞撓矩部份一方榫接合亦以130℃處理者最大、橢圓榫接合為150℃、但木釘接合則為140℃。另外,榫頭一榫孔之接合方式較不適合於較高熱壓溫度壓縮之材料,而木釘接合方式在引拔強度方面則適合較高溫熱壓條件,但破壞撓矩亦不適合。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of joint types on the joint strength of Chin? fir heat-stabilized compressed wood, and to find out the most suitable production condition and joint design for heat-stabilized compressed wood. The experimental results reveal that square-end mortise-and-tenon joint has the highest bending moment, and round-end mortise-and-tenon joint has the best withdrawal strength. Regarding the suitability for joint types to joint strength of heat-stabilized compressed wood are as below: The withdrawal strength of square-end mortiseand-tenon treated with 130℃, round-end mortise-and-tenon joint with 140℃, and dowel joint treated with 150≧ showing the highest value, respectively. The optimum joint design for bending moment is square-end mortise-and-tenon treated with 130℃, round-end mortise-and-tenon joint with 150℃, and dowel joint treated with 140℃. Mortise-and-tenon joint types are not suitable for higher temperature compression. Dowel joint type is suitable for higher temperature compression in withdrawal strength, but not in bending moment. |
