中文摘要 | 茶蠶(Andraca bipunctata Walker)卵寄生蜂(Telenomus sp.)係在臺灣新發現寄生在茶蠶卵之寄生蜂。本研究目的在於研究溫度對茶蠶卵寄生蜂發育及繁殖之影響。在室內先以茶葉飼養茶蠶並大量繁殖,然後收取茶蠶卵作為寄主卵供寄生。該卵寄生蜂飼養在自行設計之塑膠製飼養容器內,在15、20、25及30°C不同溫度下配對飼養卵寄生蜂,其發育期以在15°C最長平均70.6日,而以在30°C什均13.9日為最短。雌蜂一生之平均繁殖數以25°C最多為159.3隻,而以在15°C平均1.4隻為最少。其子代性比各溫度間差異不顯著,但不同日齡寄生峰所產子代在產卵初期其雌性比率較高,愈往期不但其雄性比率較高,且所產子代數量亦減少。以飼養容器群體飼養茶蠶卵寄生蜂,雌蜂壽命以在15°C最長平均為155.6日,而以在30°C時平均24.5日為最短。 24.5日為最短。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this paper was to study temperature affecting the development and fecundity of an egg parasitoid Telenomus sp. (Hymenoptera: Scelionidae) of Andraca bipunctate (Lepidoptera: Bombycidae). This egg parastioid is the first species discovered at tea garden in Taiwan. A bipunctata was reared on tea leaves in laboratory, and the egg masses were collected daily for the parasitoid. A pair of the egg parasitoid was reared at various temperatures (15、20、25 and 30°C), and the result showed that the developmental duration of Telenomus sp. was 70.6 days at 15°C and 13.9 days at 30°C. The fecundity was 159.3 progenies/female at 25°C and 1.4 progenies/female at 15°C. The sex ratio was not significantly different among different temperatures. In mass rearing of the egg parasitoid at various temperatures (15、20、25 and 30°C), the result showed that the female longevity was 155.6 days at 15°C days at 15°C and 24.5 days at 30°C. 5 days at 30°C. |
