中文摘要 | 本研究採用經修飾之Hgashi反應條件,以磷酸酯化反應方式合成一系列 的共聚(對一苯二胺/1.4-雙(對-苯氧基)苯-2,6-�B醯胺)。合成使用的單髓,酸為2, 6-�B二羧酸,胺則為不同莫耳比的對-苯二胺/1,4-雙(對一胺基苯氧基)苯,使用 之莫耳比有10/0,5/5,3/7,1/9,及0/l0。合成之�B系芳香族聚醯除莫耳比10/0者 外,其餘均可溶於含氯化鋰或氯化鈣的N-methyl pyrrolidinone(NMP)或N, N-dimethyl acelamide(DMAC)溶劑中。高分子之耐熱性利用熱重量分析及動態機械 分析研究,證實所合成之�B系芳香族聚醯為耐高溫之高份子材料。拉張機械性質 測試發現以對一苯二胺/1,4-雙(對一胺基苯氧基)苯莫耳比5/5合成之高分子具有 最佳的拉強度,楊氏模數,及斷裂伸度。本研究克服了Poly(p-phenylene terephthalamide)難溶不易加工的問題。 |
英文摘要 | A series of copoly (p-phenylene/1,4-bis (p-phenoxy) benzene-2,6-naphthalamide)s with feed mole ratios of p-phenylene diamine/1,4-bis (p-aminophenoxy) benzene of 10/0, 5/5, 3/7,1/9, and 0/10 were synthesized using phosphorylation reaction of modified Higashi condition. The synthesized polymers could be dissolved in N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP)or N,N-dimethyl acetamide (DMAC) containing lithium chloride or calcium chloride except the polymer with ratio of 10/0. The thermal stability of polymers was studied using thermal gravimetricanalysis (TGA) and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). It has been found these polymersobviously have high thermal stability. The maximum tensile strength, young's modulus, andelongation were observed for the polymer with 5/5 feed ratio of p-phenylene diamine/l,4-bis(p-aminophenoxy) benzene. This study overcame the problem of the poor solubility and difficult processing of Poly (p-phenylene terephthalamide). |
